  • For all components majorly such as forging for gears / shafts, fabricated casing, bearing and casting. We have developed venders with unmatched flexibility for on time deliveries.
  • We make sure to follow stringent raw material quality assurance plans.
  • We have engaged highly experienced metallurgists and NDT expert for quality assurance of raw materials.

Following tests are carried out for raw materials


  • NDT(Ultrasonic Soundness /D.P /M.P.T / Radiography)
  • Mechanical Property Testing
  • Chemical Composition Testing
  • Micro Structure checks for final quality assurance


Post Heat Treatment

Hardness, Case Depth, Micro Structure are verified along with other norms. (We follow an innovative approach of providing integrated test piece on the gears for micro structure analysis after the heat treatment)

Services being the core competency, we have complete Gear Box assembly set up For rapid dismantling, we have range of special fixtures and Hydraulic equipments. For Gear assembling, bearing and Gear Heating equipments and other special fixtures are available Various run outs (Face, O.D, O.C.D), Parallelism, Concentricity are checked precisely. The contact pattern checks include teeth mesh / blue match, Uniform Backlash are precisely verified
