Material for Gears used is 18CrNiMo 6/7 with forged ratio minimum 4:1 and forgings are
procured from reputed forgers and profile ground to DIN ⅚ Class after case hardening to
58/62 RC
Ring Gears are manufactured with ring rolled 34 CrMo4 with hardness range min. 340 BHN and
Gear Flanks are finished with CNC Internal Profile Grinding
High quality radiographically tested castings are used for Carriers and Casings. Machining
is done strictly by German procedures.
Bearing Bores of casing are finished in assembly, PLANET CARRIER PIN HOLE Boring is done on Jig Boring. This
ensures equal Torque sharing planets.
Bearings are used with ample capacity and highly precise tolerances.
